The following User Agreement & Policies apply to the use of this Web site.
Payment Policies
All Time Awards accepts online or telephone payment via credit card, debit card, or electronic check (ACH). All payments sent electronically are securely transmitted. All Time Awards also accepts payment via purchase order for qualified customers. Invoices may be paid by check or credit or debit card.
Shipment/Delivery Times
All orders are generally delivered in 3 – 5 business days from the time the artwork is approved. (custom orders will have their own lead time when the order is placed). Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact a Service/Sales Representative. Rush orders are available for an additional $50 charge OR 50% of invoice total – whichever is greater. Rush orders are generally delivered Same/Next Day. Delivery times may vary.
Returns Policy
All Time Awards goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, All Time Awards does not provide returns or credits for any product/service.
Cancellation Policy
All Time Awards does not provide cancellations for any product/service once the payment is received.
**For Rush Delivery orders (any order requiring faster delivery than a Standard Delivery order), you may not change or cancel your order.
